Care and Cleaning Guide for Hansa Creation Puppets and Soft Toys
Hansa Creation puppets and soft toys are renowned for their lifelike appearance, premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship. Proper care will help preserve their appearance, softness and shape for many years.
For routine cleaning, the manufacturer recommends gentle surface cleaning. Some models may also be machine washed at a maximum of 30 °C. Always follow the care label attached to the individual product.
Removing light dirt
Dust and light marks can usually be removed using warm water, a soft cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Clean the affected area gently without applying excessive pressure.
Afterwards, wipe away any remaining soap with a clean damp cloth.
Gentle cleaning
Rub the fur or plush gently to avoid damaging the fibres or affecting the realistic appearance of the toy.
Allow the product to dry naturally after cleaning. Keep it away from radiators, tumble dryers and prolonged direct sunlight.
Brushing the fur
Once completely dry, the fur may be lightly brushed with a soft brush to restore its natural appearance. Take care around delicate areas such as the eyes, nose and other detailed features.
Machine washing on suitable models
According to the manufacturer, only models without an internal metal structure and without painted details may be machine washed at a maximum of 30 °C using a gentle cycle.
Always check the care label before machine washing. Use a mild detergent and allow the product to dry naturally afterwards.
