Joyk dolls - empathy doll baby Jack
Child playing with the Joyk empathy doll Baby Jack on a play blanket
Jack is an adorable newborn which is designed to promote an intensive eye contact. Just as with real newborns, the head must be supported when lifting and carrying them.
The body of the Joyk therapy doll is pleasantly soft and filled with motion beads. This gives him a very natural body language that brings out the caring instinct in children and adults. Jack has a belly button and realistically modelled sexual characteristics. His handy size makes him easy for children to hold in their arms. Joyk empathy dolls were invented by the Swedish designer Britt-Marie Egedius-Jakobsson. The nice outfit is easy to put on and take off.
Jack is suitable for PEKiP parent-and-baby groups and occupational therapy, and nursery practitioners can hold him themselves when demonstrating something to the children.
The doll Jack is supplied with the clothing shown on the picture.
Material: The body of this Joyk empathy doll is made of elastic, easy-care and skin-friendly stretch fabric
Promotes: empathy, sensory perception, social skills
