Advance Payment – Information for Our Swiss Customers

We have an account with Swiss PostFinance, which is held in EUR. Please transfer the due amount in EUR.

If you use PostFinance as your sending bank, no additional banking fees apply, as this is not considered an international transfer. Only the daily exchange rate (set in the morning) will be applied. If you transfer from another bank, currency conversion costs or exchange rate mark-ups may apply – please check with your bank for details.

You may pay by invoice after receiving your delivery. The invoice will be enclosed with the shipment and includes all necessary information for tax processing.

Information about approval:

This payment method is exclusively available for the following types of institutions in Switzerland:

• Kindergartens, schools, universities
• Care homes, public administrations, medical institutions
• Religious organisations and state-funded institutes or organisations

Requirements:

• Registered customer account (guest checkout not permitted)
• Account type must be “Institution & Company”
• Delivery and billing address must clearly match the official address of the institution

Private individuals, commercial businesses, sole traders and associations are excluded from invoice payment.

Approval will be granted after individual review. Please register in the shop and contact us by phone or email afterwards to request activation.
