Shipping Costs and Import Fees

We exclusively ship from Germany to our customers in Switzerland. Please note the following points:

All prices in our store are net, i.e. without German VAT.
When importing to Switzerland, import fees may apply. These are determined based on the total value of the order and are calculated directly by Swiss customs.
For many orders, the import will be duty-free – however, for higher order values, a small import tax may apply.
Important notice: The process is automatically handled by the shipping service provider. You may pay upon delivery if necessary.

Customs clearance:

Orders are shipped as DHL Premium Parcel. Our shipping costs include the basic customs processing for dispatch. Import VAT, customs duties, and any additional fees charged by customs authorities or the local carrier in the destination country are not included and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are always the same, regardless of the order value.

Important notice:

Orders with a net merchandise value of more than €1,000.00 are unfortunately not possible. This is due to additional customs requirements for higher order values, which involve more complex processing. Shipping costs are not included when calculating the merchandise value.
